Accountant - EDEP & 21st Century Programs
Responsible for supporting the financial and human resources functions for Extended Day Enrichment Programs (EDEP) and 21st Century programs. Duties include monitoring budgets and expenditures; processing invoices, reimbursements, payroll, and accounts payable/receivable; maintaining accurate financial records; and preparing required fiscal reports. Provides support for time and attendance processes, payroll reconciliation, and staff compensation tracking. Assists with HR-related tasks including reference reviews, onboarding documentation, personnel records, and coordination of staffing paperwork. Provides technical assistance to school and district staff regarding budgeting, purchasing, payroll, and compliance procedures. Ensures adherence to district, state, and federal guidelines for grant-funded and fee-supported programs. Performs related duties as assigned.
