Position Description
Auto Data Direct, Inc. (ADD), a division of Reynolds and Reynolds that provides fast, accurate, real-time access to motor vehicle records, is looking for an Inside Sales Representative to join our dynamic team. As an Inside Sales Representative, you will be responsible for handling the sales cycle from the initial call to closing the deal. You will work with both new and existing customers, building and maintaining relationships, and resolving customer issues. You'll be provided leads from trade shows, and will also be responsible for creating your own prospects to drive additional revenue. You also have the opportunity for in person client visits within the Florida territory as well as tradeshows across the country on an as-needed basis.
Responsibilities:
- Cold Call Prospecting
- Serve as primary point of contact for customers
- Product demonstrations
- Account Training
- Account sign ups and account upselling opportunities
- Building and maintaining strong customer relationships
- Other administrative and related functions as required
Requirements
Associate's degree or higher preferred; Must have a valid driver's license, with fewer than 2 moving violations in the last three years and no OVI/DUI/DWI violations in the last five years; Experience with MS Office (Word, Excel) and Google Workspace; Must be a self-starter with good time management skills; Skilled at building strong customer relationships; Excellent verbal and written communication skills; Excellent organization skills and attention to detail; Ability to multi-task effectively; Fluent in Spanish (verbal and written) preferred
