Responsibilities
  • Supervise store operations during assigned shifts.
  • Manage cost controls, inventory control, and cash control.
  • Ensure excellent customer service and handle customer concerns.
  • Support and coach team members during shifts.
  • Maintain labor levels according to company standards.
  • Maintain store cleanliness, safety, and compliance with company policies.

Work Environment
  • Fast-paced restaurant setting with frequent standing, walking, and reaching.
  • Exposure to hot ovens, food odors, and varying temperatures.

Physical Demands
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs (ingredients, supplies, etc.).
  • Frequent use of hands for food preparation, equipment operation, and paperwork.

Qualifications

Requirements
  • Must be 18 years or older with a valid driver's license.
  • Prior management experience in fast food (pizza experience preferred).
  • Strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Skills & Abilities
  • Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
  • Knowledge of basic math and cash handling.
  • Ability to train, motivate, and lead a team.
