In this fast-paced and dynamic environment, youll greet and engage with guests, assist with inquiries, and ensure safety while enhancing their journey through the world of Nintendo.Your responsibilities include managing crowds, setting up and monitoring queues, delivering safety announcements, and providing information in a courteous and on-brand manner. Collaborating with team members across Super Nintendo World venues, youll maintain accurate guest counts, uphold cleanliness standards, and demonstrate adaptability in high-pressure situations. Responsibilities:
- Efficiently loading and unloading guests in to the attraction.
- Responsible for cleaning and maintaining the attraction.
- Utilize in depth knowledge of Super Nintendo World, engaging in positive guest interactions, and theming as appropriate. Greet and Interact with guests as they enter the attraction and when waiting in the queues. Including delivering safety announcements, park information, etc. As guests exit the attraction, say good bye, wish them a good day etc.
- Ensure ADA guests are accommodated in an efficient manner.
- Maintain a count of the numbers of the guests entering the attraction. Setup and monitor queues for guest control.
- Promotes and provides extraordinary guest service for both internal and external guests; answers questions and offers information and providing assistance in a courteous manner and in theme.
- Understands and demonstrates the proper use of safety practices and ensures department standards are maintained and safety policies for the Park upheld.
- Monitor and maintain a safe and secure environment for both team members and guests of all ages, following all company guidelines and protocols.
- Identify, de-escalate, and resolve conflicts or disturbances professionally and effectively to maintain a positive atmosphere.
- Provide a positive and welcoming experience for guests of all ages while maintaining composure during difficult interactions.
- Maintain a high level of trust and integrity to promote a safe, secure, and welcoming environment for customers and colleagues of all ages.
- Perform other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
- Must be 18 years old or older
Job Demands:
- Must be able to walk or stand for extended periods of time
- Must occasionally lift and/or move up to 10 lbs, occasionally lift and/or move up to 10 lbs with assistance
- The noise level is generally moderate to high
- Team Members are subject to a variety of weather conditions, including but not limited to: heat, sun exposure, cold, and inclement weather. Depending on the assigned location, work can be almost exclusively outdoors
Schedule:
- Must be available to work at least 4 days per week throughout the peak seasons to include a rotation of mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays
Pay:
- $19 per hour (After 1,000 hours worked, pay increases to $23/hr)
