BDR - CUSTOMER SERVICE REP COMPENSATION
Pay: $14.00 - $20.00/hour (based on experience) plus incentives for sold jobs and performance bonuses
Schedule: Monday - Friday, from 7:00 am - 4:00 pm, 8:00 am - 5:00 pm, or 8:00 am - 6:00 pm

- 1+ years of experience in a customer service, sales development, call center, or another customer-facing role
- Fluent verbal and written English communication skills
- Professional phone etiquette
- Flexibility to work an after-hours and weekend shift rotation (we will provide advance notice)

- Maintain a positive, professional, and polite attitude throughout the day
- Answer incoming phone calls and accurately record details for residential and commercial HVAC jobs
- Make outbound calls to follow up on missed calls and online leads
- Explain the benefits of choosing us and book service appointments in ServiceTitan (with training provided)
- Provide real-time support to dispatchers and HVAC technicians
- Participate in an after-hours and weekend rotation to meet business needs
- Manage additional responsibilities as the position and our company grow
