About Us: Join the team at LoLa 41 Palm Beach, a luxurious dining venue on Palm Beach Island located in the esteemed White Elephant hotel, renowned for our outstanding breakfast offerings and in-room dining service. We cater to an affluent clientele that stay committed to us through out our locations across the United States, who expect nothing less than perfection. We are looking for a dedicated Breakfast / IRD Server to enhance our guests' morning experiences with exceptional service. Create memorable connections with hotel guests.
Job Summary: As a Breakfast / In-Room Dining Server, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality food and beverage service to our guests during breakfast hours 7:00 AM - 11:00 AM, both in the dining area and through in-room dining. Your attention to detail and commitment to guest satisfaction will be essential in providing a memorable start to their day. You will then continue service into Lunch hours, following the same standards and principals.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet and seat guests in the dining area with warmth and professionalism.
Take accurate orders and provide menu recommendations, ensuring a thorough understanding of our breakfast offerings.
Deliver food and beverages promptly and efficiently, ensuring presentation and quality standards are met.
Manage in-room dining orders, coordinating with the kitchen and ensuring timely delivery.
Ensure tables and dining areas are clean, organized, and set to our high standards.
Address guest inquiries and requests promptly and courteously.
Assist with inventory management and restocking of breakfast supplies as needed. Follow through on opening and closing side work.
Maintain a thorough understanding of menu items, including dietary restrictions and specials.
Collaborate with kitchen and management staff to ensure a seamless dining experience.
Qualifications:
Previous experience as a server in a high-end restaurant or hotel setting preferred.
Knowledge of breakfast food and beverage service standards.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on delivering exceptional guest service.
Excellent organizational skills.
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
Flexibility to work early morning shifts, weekends, and holidays as required.
A professional demeanor and polished appearance.
