Essential Functions and Responsibilities
- Prepare cleaning equipment for work site daily operations
- Load, unload, and operate CDL motor vehicles and specialized equipment
- Perform routine inspections, preventative maintenance, and minor repairs to equipment
- Hands-on operation of industrial cleaning equipment
- Perform safe and quality work performance to client's satisfaction
- Maintain active Commercial Driver's License (CDL), Transportation Worker Identification Credential (TWIC), a copy of Safety Council cards, or any other required badging or credentials
- Follow all OSHA, MSHA. Customer work site regulations and rules
- Participate in team safety meetings and cross-functional planning sessions.
- Completion of online and in-person training sessions
- Perform other essential duties and responsibilities as assigned
- 1+ year of previous DOT Driving Experience, 2+ years preferred
- Authorized to work in the Unites States
- Strong professional verbal and written communication, behavior, and customer relations required
- Must be consistently reliable, dependable, and punctual
- Understanding of health, hygiene, and safety regulations (OSHA knowledge plus)
- Must be able to work in the field for extended periods of time
- Must have the ability to work in a fast-paced, scheduled-driven environment
- Ability to read, understand, and follow procedures, and work instructions, and safety requirements
- Must be able to work independently and in a group setting
- Must be able to work flexible schedules, including days and nights
