Qualifications:
- Associate degree preferred.
- Must be able to attend meetings and professional development as required.
- Work collaboratively with the classroom teacher.
- Able to supervise and ensure the safety and well-being of children.
- Able to address the needs and/or problems of the children as individuals and as a group.
- Ability to interact with children in classroom and outdoor settings, with attention focused on children and not on other adults or activities.
- Must be supportive and respectful of the mission and tenets of the Roman Catholic Church; experience in the Roman Catholic environment preferred.
- Must have knowledge of basic tenets of Catholic Church.
- Proficiency with the iPad and Google Workspace a plus.
- Trained in first aid and CPR a plus.
- Must have a professional demeanor, including adherence to dress code.
