Joining a rapidly growing organizationJob Summary for Client Outreach and Recovery?Specialist:The Client Outreach and Recovery?Specialist role focuses on re-engagement of dormant client accounts,improving client experience and financial recovery of unpaid invoices company wide. Client Outreachand Recovery?Specialist completes 25+ outbound communication attempts daily using multiple methodsto maximize client retention. The specialist completes a bi-monthly call campaign that is targetedtoward pending invoice cases with the goal of financial recovery and client retention. The ClientOutreach and Recovery?Specialist works directly with multiple teams to ensure re-engaged clients areproperly tracked forward in the company process flow.Essential Duties & Responsibilities for Client Outreach and Recovery?Specialist:? Responsible for inbound and outbound communication with Veterans (25+ interactions perday)? Tailor each re-engagement attempt to meet the needs of the case and conversation? Intracompany Communication regarding Veteran?s case to re-direct recently engaged clientsmoving forward in the company process? Perform forensic review of account and complete steps outlined by department ensuring eachcase is transitioned to an appropriate stage? Enhances department and organization reputation by exploring opportunities to add value tojob accomplishments? Use company policies to efficiently assist our Veterans
