MD degree and completion of four years of residency training in an acceptable radiation oncology training program. Applicants must be board certified in Radiation Oncology and eligible for a Florida Medical License.

Job Description:
The University of Florida's Department of Radiation Oncology is seeking a Multi-Track Faculty member at the Clinical Assistant, Associate, or Full Professor level to join a program that combines rigorous academic inquiry with a high-volume, complex clinical environment at UF Health Shands - one of the nation's leading academic medical centers.

Your Role in Our Program

  • Deliver expert clinical care across a broad spectrum of disease sites, contributing to a multidisciplinary oncology team that manages complex and high-acuity cases
  • Contribute to medical student, resident, and fellow education within UF's ACGME-accredited Radiation Oncology residency program
  • Develop or advance an independent or collaborative research portfolio, with access to UF's extensive clinical trial infrastructure and NIH-funded research networks
  • Participate in departmental quality, safety, and continuous improvement initiatives aligned with UF Health standards

Expected Salary:
Salary commensurate with experience.

Required Qualifications:
  • MD, DO, or equivalent degree with board certification or eligibility in Radiation Oncology (ABR)
  • Eligibility for medical licensure in the State of Florida
  • Demonstrated clinical expertise in at least one disease site subspecialty
  • Commitment to inclusive, patient-centered care in an academic environment
  • Experience or interest in graduate medical education, consistent with UF's strong teaching mission
