About the Compensation and Benefits Manager Role

Behind every great bank is a seamless operation. We are seeking a Compensation and Benefits Manager who loves the intersection of people and precision. If you are a systems-savvy leader who understands that accurate payroll and data-driven HRIS management are the backbone of employee satisfaction, we want to talk to you.

Key Responsibilities

  • Master the Flow: You'll oversee the entire payroll ecosystem, ensuring our team is paid accurately and on time, every time, in full compliance with state and federal laws.
  • Lead the Specialists: Take the helm of our HR/Payroll specialist team, mentoring them to reach new heights of operational efficiency.
  • Data Storytelling: You won't just run reports; you'll provide the insights that help management make smarter, data-backed decisions.
  • System Architect: Keep our HRIS and general ledger in perfect harmony, staying ahead of tech trends to keep our processes modern.
  • Support Benefits administration and respond timely to related employee inquiries.
  • Compensation and Benefit Vendor Management
  • Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations.

Qualifications & Skills:

Required

  • A Bachelor's degree holder (Business or related) with a sharp mind for organizational growth.
  • A master communicator who can lead a room and write a compelling report.
  • An organized multi-tasker who thrives on deadlines and independence.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Word and Excel.
  • Fluent in English; bilingual a plus
  • Ability to lift 10–20 lbs., stand for extended periods.

Preferred

  • Master's degree in business related field.
  • Professional in Human Resources Certification (PHR).
  • Society of Human Resources Management Certified Professional Certification (SHRM-CP).


Schedule

Full-time position:

Monday – Friday, 8:30 am – 5:00 pm; flexibility for evenings/weekends as required.


Travel: Valid driver's license required
