Officers will provide professional security services for a variety of special events, conventions, corporate events, sporting events, concerts, festivals, private events, and other high-profile assignments throughout Miami-Dade County.
This position is ideal for security professionals with experience in event security, access control, crowd management, hospitality, or customer service who are reliable, observant, professional, and comfortable working in fast-paced event environments.

WHAT'S YOUR DAY LIKE?
As an Event Security Officer with ISI, your assignment may vary depending on the event and venue.
Responsibilities may include:
- Providing access control at entrances, exits, VIP areas, and restricted locations.
- Checking credentials, wristbands, tickets, or authorized access.
- Monitoring guest activity and maintaining a visible security presence.
- Assisting with crowd management and crowd control.
- Directing guests and providing professional customer service.
- Monitoring restricted and secured areas.
- Identifying and reporting suspicious activity, safety hazards, or unauthorized individuals.
- Enforcing event and venue rules in a professional manner.
- Assisting with parking, traffic flow, and designated event areas when assigned.
- Responding appropriately to incidents and notifying supervisors when necessary.
- Completing incident reports and other required documentation.
- Following all event-specific post orders and supervisor instructions.
To be successful in this position, you should possess:
- An active Florida Class D Security License.
- Reliable and consistent transportation to event locations throughout Miami-Dade County.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Professional appearance and grooming.
- Dependable and reliable work ethic.
- Ability to arrive on time and ready to work for all accepted events.
- Ability to follow post orders and supervisor instructions.
- Strong observation and situational awareness skills.
