We are looking for a Digital Marketing Specialist who is excited to help us grow these brands, create campaigns, support sales, build content, drive traffic, promote events, and help tell our story across Florida and the national insurance industry.
This is a hands-on marketing role for someone who likes to create, test, learn, improve, and see their work directly impact revenue.
What You’ll Do
As our Digital Marketing Specialist, you will help manage and grow marketing across our job board networks, employer products, events, and recruitment marketing services.
Your work may include:
Digital Campaigns
Create, launch, and manage campaigns that reach employers, talent acquisition leaders, recruiters, HR professionals, and job seekers.
This may include campaigns for:
- Florida Talent Network employer memberships
- Insurance Talent Network employer memberships
- Job posting products
- Featured Jobs and Featured Employers
- Employer branding pages
- Job feeds
- Recruitment advertising campaigns
- Hiring events and job fairs
- Email campaigns and newsletters
- Social media campaigns
- Short-form video and creative content
Content & SEO
Help create content that builds traffic, trust, and authority for our sites.
This includes:
- Website landing pages
- Blog posts
- Employer-focused articles
- Job seeker career content
- City-specific hiring pages
- Industry-specific pages
- SEO-friendly job board content
- AI-assisted content, edited with a human voice
- Local Florida market content
- Insurance industry hiring content
We care about content that sounds real, helps people, and supports search visibility. We are not looking for cookie-cutter copy.
Social Media & Brand Building
Support social media content across our brands, including LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube.
You will help turn our company stories, events, employer success, job seeker advice, hiring trends, and industry expertise into social content that gets attention.
HubSpot, Email & Marketing Automation
Help build and manage campaigns inside HubSpot.
This may include:
- Email newsletters
- Sales sequences
- Employer nurture campaigns
- Lead lists
- Forms and landing pages
- Campaign tracking
- Contact segmentation
- Follow-up workflows
- Marketing performance reports
HubSpot experience is a big plus.
Recruitment Marketing Products
Help package and promote our employer products so our sales team has the tools they need to sell.
This may include creating:
- Product one-pagers
- Sales flyers
- Email templates
- Proposal copy
- Employer campaign graphics
- Case-study style content
- Website product pages
- Social posts for employer promotions
Event Marketing
Support marketing for live and virtual hiring events, including events like Hire Day Orlando and future events in Tampa, Miami, and other Florida markets.
This may include:
- Employer booth promotion
- Job seeker registration campaigns
- Event emails
- Social graphics
- Partner promotions
- Press and community outreach support
- Post-event recaps
- Sponsor and exhibitor marketing materials
Analytics & Reporting
Help track what is working.
You should be comfortable looking at marketing numbers and asking good questions:
- What campaigns drove traffic?
- What emails got clicks?
- What social posts performed?
- Which landing pages converted?
- What sources brought employers or job seekers?
- How do we improve the next campaign?
What We’re Looking For
We are looking for someone who is creative, organized, curious, and willing to learn.
You do not need to know everything, but you do need to be the kind of person who figures things out.
The right person will have experience or strong interest in:
- Digital marketing
- Email marketing
- Social media marketing
- SEO and content creation
- Canva or similar design tools
- HubSpot or another CRM/marketing platform
- Google Analytics or campaign reporting
- LinkedIn marketing
- Facebook/Instagram marketing
- AI tools for marketing and content creation
- Recruitment marketing or employer branding
- Website content updates
- Short-form video ideas and editing
Bonus points if you have experience with job boards, staffing, recruiting, HR tech, local business marketing, or event marketing.

Your work will help shape the voice, content, campaigns, and growth of these brands.
You will see your ideas go live. You will see your campaigns support sales. You will help create marketing that actually matters.
Key Responsibilities
- Create marketing campaigns for employers and job seekers
- Write and update website content
- Help build SEO-focused landing pages
- Create email campaigns and newsletters
- Manage social media content calendars
- Create graphics and marketing materials in Canva
- Support HubSpot campaigns, lists, forms, and sequences
- Help promote job fairs and hiring events
- Assist with employer product marketing
- Track campaign performance and recommend improvements
- Help organize marketing assets, files, templates, and processes
- Use AI tools to improve speed, creativity, and productivity
- Work closely with leadership and sales to support revenue goals
