  • Oversee end-to-end delivery of strategic initiatives, including ERP/HCM upgrades, module implementations, integrations, and enterprise process changes, ensuring timelines, budgets, risks, and dependencies are effectively managed.
  • Step into delivery coach responsibilities by guiding teams on appropriate delivery methodologies (waterfall, Agile, hybrid), removing impediments, and improving team velocity and predictability.
  • Provide visibility into program health, including status reporting, risk management, vendor/SI oversight, and executive communications.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Corporate Applications engineering, QA, business analysts, business process owners, and external SI partners to ensure successful delivery.
  • Manage relationships with software vendors and systems integrators, ensuring SOW execution, deliverable quality, and contractual obligations are met.
  • Drive continuous improvement in delivery processes, tools, and team performance.
  • Ensure alignment between PMO activities and broader GTO portfolio management objectives and CoE standards.
