Key Responsibilities
Recruiting & Onboarding (Primary Focus)
- Manage full-cycle recruiting for assigned roles (intake, sourcing, screening, coordination, offer)
- Proactively source candidates using job boards, LinkedIn, and other tools to build strong pipelines
- Partner with hiring managers to drive timely hiring decisions and reduce time-to-fill
- Ensure a smooth and timely onboarding process, including pre-employment requirements and new hire setup
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate activity and records in HR systems (e.g., ADP)
Payroll Management
- Manage and coordinate payroll processing, ensuring accuracy and timely submission
- Review payroll reports, audit for discrepancies, and partner with finance as needed
- Ensure compliance with payroll policies, wage and hour laws, and internal controls
- Maintain payroll-related documentation and support reporting requirements
Employee Relations
- Serve as a point of contact for employee questions and concerns
- Support investigations, documentation, and resolution of employee issues
- Partner with managers to address performance concerns and provide guidance
HR Operations & Compliance
- Maintain employee records and ensure data accuracy in HRIS
- Ensure compliance with company policies and employment laws
- Support audits, reporting, and documentation as needed
Performance & Engagement
- Support performance management processes (reviews, documentation, tracking)
- Assist with employee engagement initiatives, recognition programs, and HR communications
Benefits Administration
- Assist employees with benefits-related questions and enrollment support
- Coordinate with vendors and support open enrollment processes
Administrative Support & Additional Duties
- Provide general administrative support to the HR function and leadership as needed
- Assist with scheduling, documentation, reporting, and maintenance of HR trackers
- Support special projects and cross-functional initiatives
- Perform other HR and administrative duties as required to support business operations
