Vendor Coordination• Serve as the primary point of contact with external vendors during the testing phase.• Coordinate vendor deliverables, test environments, and support requirements to ensure smooth execution of testing activities.• Facilitate regular check-ins with vendors to review progress, resolve blockers, and confirm adherence to agreed SLAs and timelines.Project & Stakeholder Management:Monitor project progress against milestones and proactively flag deviations from the plan.Identify, log, and communicate risks and issues in a clear, timely, and structured manner to relevant stakeholders and leadership.Maintain RAID (Risks, Assumptions, Issues, Dependencies) logs and drive mitigation actions to closure.Provide regular status updates and reporting to project sponsors, leadership, and cross-functional teams.
