Key Responsibilities:
Architecture Solution Design:
Define scalable, secure, and high-performing solutions aligned with enterprise architecture standards
Lead system design discussions and provide technical guidance to stakeholders
Workday Implementation Configuration:
Oversee Workday implementations, upgrades, and enhancements
Configure Workday modules (Core HCM, Recruiting, Compensation, Talent, Financials, etc.)
Ensure adherence to Workday best practices and governance standards
Integrations Data Management:
Architect and oversee integration solutions using
o Workday Studio
o EIB (Enterprise Interface Builder)
o Core Connectors
o APIs
Manage inboundoutbound data flows between Workday and third-party systems
Ensure data integrity, security, and compliance
Technical Leadership:
Act as the SME (Subject Matter Expert) for Workday architecture
Mentor Workday consultants, developers, and analysts
Define codingconfiguration standards and best practices
Stakeholder Collaboration:
Work closely with HR, Finance, IT, and business leaders to gather requirements
Translate business needs into technical solutions
Drive workshops, solution demos, and design sessions
Security Compliance:
Design and manage Workday security framework (roles, domain security policies)
Ensure compliance with data protection regulations (e.g., GDPR, HIPAA if applicable)
Performance Optimization Support:
Troubleshoot complex issues and optimize Workday performance
Lead system audits, health checks, and improvements
Provide escalation support for production issues
