Instructional support for VPK teacher. Para is responsible for classroom support, student intervention, and general school related duties in general education. The paraprofessional is expected to work with students to complete assignments, reinforce lessons, work on independent functioning and organizational skills and assist teachers daily.
- Lead small group activities under the guidance of the lead teacher, focusing on specific learning objectives and adapting instruction to accommodate learning styles and abilities.
- Assist in the collection and documentation of student progress data, including observations, assessments, and behavioral tracking.
