We are seeking a hands-on manager to lead front-of-house and kitchen operations, maintain food quality and service standards, control labor and food costs, and develop a strong, professional team.

Key Responsibilities:
• Lead the rosticceria program, pizza, pasta, and prep operations from open to close.
• Maintain consistent food quality, portioning, presentation, ticket times, and recipe standards.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and inspection-ready kitchen during every shift.
• Coordinate kitchen timing with front-of-house leadership, including specials, 86 items, service recovery, and peak-volume periods.
• Train, coach, schedule, and supervise cooks, pizza makers, and prep team members in partnership with Human Resources.
• Conduct pre-shift huddles, communicate priorities, and set clear standards for performance and hospitality.
• Address callouts, coverage needs, employee concerns, and real-time operational issues promptly and professionally.
• Create a respectful, accountable, and high-energy team culture.
• Lead from the floor and kitchen line, modeling urgency, organization, fairness, and professionalism.
• Control food cost, labor, purchasing, inventory, yields, and waste with discipline.
• Enforce food safety, temperature logs, sanitation standards, and all applicable health regulations.
• Monitor inventory levels and support ordering, receiving, storage, and product rotation.
• Monitor smooth service, accurate timing, and effective guest recovery.
Requirements
• 3+ years of kitchen/restaurant management
• Lead cooks, pizza, and prep teams
• Strong food cost, labor, inventory, and waste control
• Food safety knowledge; ServSafe preferred
• Comfortable with POS, scheduling, and inventory tools
• Available evenings, weekends, holidays, and peak service
• Authorized to work in the U.S.
• Hands-on, calm under pressure, clear communicator
• Bilingual English/Italian Preferred
• High-volume tourist district experience
