What will you be doing:
The Lead Respiratory Therapist / Clinical Supervisor functions in a dual "working supervisor" capacity within the DME respiratory department. Reporting directly to the Respiratory Therapy Manager, this role balances field clinical operations with day-to-day administrative support. Responsibilities include conducting in-home equipment setups and patient education, stepping in as a flex field RT during high-volume periods, assisting the Manager with clinical scheduling and peer training, and actively participating in the clinical on-call rotation.

What will you be doing:
The Lead Respiratory Therapist / Clinical Supervisor functions in a dual "working supervisor" capacity within the DME respiratory department. Reporting directly to the Respiratory Therapy Manager, this role balances field clinical operations with day-to-day administrative support. Responsibilities include conducting in-home equipment setups and patient education, stepping in as a flex field RT during high-volume periods, assisting the Manager with clinical scheduling and peer training, and actively participating in the clinical on-call rotation.
What will you need to succeed:
- Education: Associate degree in Respiratory Care from an accredited CoARC program required; Credentials: Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT); Certified Respiratory Therapist (CRT).
- Licensure: Current, active, and unrestricted State Respiratory Care Practitioner license.
- Minimum 2-3 years of clinical respiratory experience, with at least 1-2 years in home DME/HME operations.
- Demonstrated hands-on competence with home mechanical ventilators (e.g., Trilogy, Astral), cough assist devices, and PAP adherence monitoring.
- Prior experience as a lead therapist, preceptor, or senior field RT is a strong plus.
- Technical Skills: Experience with DME documentation and compliance platforms (e.g., Brightree, Care Orchestrator, AirView).
