What You'll Do:
- Greet clients and provide an exceptional service experience from arrival through vehicle delivery
- Schedule service appointments and accurately document customer concerns and repair needs
- Communicate repair recommendations, timelines, and updates in a professional and timely manner
- Coordinate with technicians and service staff to ensure efficient workflow and customer satisfaction
- Prepare repair orders, explain services performed, and review final invoices with clients
- Build lasting relationships by delivering personalized, client-focused service
- Uphold THE COLLECTION's standard of excellence in every interaction
What We Seek:
- Previous experience as a Service Advisor in a luxury automotive dealership preferred
- Exceptional communication skills with a polished and professional demeanor
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment
- A client-first mindset with a passion for delivering elevated service experiences
- Positive, driven, and team-oriented professionals
- Bilingual (English/Spanish)
- Flexible schedule with ability to work 40+ hours Monday - Saturday, as needed
