This role applies Lean and Lean Six Sigma methodologies to identify waste, reduce variation, and deliver measurable performance improvements. The Manager works cross-functionally with operational, administrative, and technical teams to document current-state processes, design future-state solutions, and support implementation and sustainment of improvements.
