Position Overview
The Site Supervisor role is a hands-on frontline supervisor responsible for ensuring daily operational excellence across fleet, drivers, service agents, and depot functions. This role is ideal for a high-potential, action-oriented individual who is ready to take ownership of local execution, solve problems in real time, and grow into a future leader.
You will serve as the primary point of contact during your shift, managing staffing, responding to operational issues in real time, coaching frontline employees, and ensuring an elevated passenger experience. Your leadership ensures that safety, consistency, employee experience, and service quality remain at the highest standard.
What you'll do:
Operational Leadership & Fleet Execution - You will lead daily on-site operations by coordinating with Driver Leads, Service Agents, Technicians to attack fleet activities while adjusting team positions and resources in real time to meet demand levels. You will be the primary escalation point, you'll partner with technicians and vendors, and step into support roles when needed to maintain seamless operations.
Employee Coaching, Support & Development - You will serve as the primary support leader for Driver Leads and Service Agents, providing real-time coaching, constructive feedback, and reinforcement of policies and SOPs. Your leadership will foster a culture of accountability, service excellence, and continuous improvement across the team
Issue Resolution & Continuous Improvement - You will troubleshoot and resolve operational or technical issues while identifying recurring trends,root causes, and propose actionable improvements. In fast-changing situations, you'll maintain composure, adapt plans quickly, and ensure seamless service delivery.
Cross-Functional Collaboration -You will collaborate across Operations, HR, and Support teams to share updates, address escalations, and own company-wide initiatives and performance goals. You'll ensure the depot executes consistently with the organization's vision by implementing and owning KPIs for key initiatives and delegating assignments accordingly.
Performance Monitoring & Compliance - You will monitor KPIs, productivity, and resource allocation while proactively addressing performance gaps and implementing corrective actions. You'll also ensure attendance, policy compliance, and safety standards are consistently upheld throughout the shift.
