  • Ability to work with minimal supervision.

Job Description:
Primary Responsibilities:

  • Process memberships.
  • Maintain membership database.
  • Conduct monthly membership audits.
  • Manage membership renewals.
  • Draft member and donor communications including email content, blog posts, impact stories, and other campaigns.
  • Research opportunities for corporate engagement, grants, and local sponsorship support.
  • Assist with member and donor events.

Expected Salary:
$15.00 per hour

Required Qualifications:
  • Current University of Florida undergraduate or graduate student.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel/Office.
  • Highly organized.
  • Comfortable engaging with a variety of individuals.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Ability to work with minimal supervision.

Preferred
• Flexible schedule with an average of 10-12 hours per week, primarily weekdays 8am-5pm. There will be 6-8 events a year that require evening or weekend hours.
