- Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (DO) from an accredited medical school
- Successful completion of an ACGME-accredited residency program in Neurology
- Board-Eligible or Board-Certified in Neurology by the American Board of Psychiatry and Neurology (ABPN)
- Eligible for unrestricted medical licensure in the State of Florida
- Demonstrated competence in the evaluation, diagnosis, and management of common neurological disorders in an outpatient clinical setting
- Fluency in both English and Spanish (required) to support effective communication with a diverse patient population
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a patient-centered approach to care
- Commitment to ethical practice, quality improvement, and collaborative, team-based care in alignment with professional neurology standards
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience practicing in an integrated or multispecialty outpatient model
- Interest in managing chronic neurological conditions within a coordinated care framework
- Experience working with Medicare or value-based care populations
