- Guide loan files seamlessly from initial application through processing, underwriting, closing, and funding
- Performs miscellaneous administrative tasks in support of the operational team
- Assists in reviewing documents for accuracy and completeness
- Assists in file structure and ensuring Branch/Self gen + referral sources are entered correctly
- Monitors locks and ensures expirations do not occur
- Monitors the Blend à Encompass queue so that ECOA decisions can be made in a timely manner
- Assists in ensuring all RESPA disclosure timelines are met
- Coordinates general operational projects such as Horizon Migration for the LOS
- Evaluates and refines the "Price Change" process when factors modify a file, impacting pricing
- Assists with expense reports
- Acts as operational assistant to management team
- Other functions as assigned, including but not limited to: handling payroll, commission worksheets, b2b agreements, etc.
Qualifications
- Previous mortgage or title experience
- Basic reading, writing, and arithmetic skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Strong communication skills, both written and oral
- Ability to effectively and professionally handle difficult situations that may arise when working with branches/divisions
- Ability to multi-task and manage time efficiently
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office applications
- Familiarity with Accounting terms and procedures (e.g. debits, credits, General Ledgers, etc.)

Work Requirements
