Job Description:
This part-time, OPS position will provide administrative and operational support to the division, assisting with day-today office tasks, supply and equipment inventory, organization of evidence and case-related materials, and general office duties as assigned.
Key Responsibilities:
Expected Salary:
$15.00 - $18.00 per hour, commensurate with experience

Job Description:
This part-time, OPS position will provide administrative and operational support to the division, assisting with day-today office tasks, supply and equipment inventory, organization of evidence and case-related materials, and general office duties as assigned.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support, including filing, data entry, scheduling, and correspondence
- Track, count, and maintain inventory of supplies, equipment, and materials
- Organize, label, and maintain evidence and case files in accordance with chain-of-custody and departmental protocols
- Assist with retrieving and refiling records and materials as requested by staff
- Support general office operations and special projects as needed
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive case information at all times
Expected Salary:
$15.00 - $18.00 per hour, commensurate with experience
Required Qualifications:
High School Diploma or equivalent
Preferred:
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to handle sensitive materials with discretion and professionalism
- Proficiency with basic office software, such as Microsoft Office and Microsoft Teams
- Reliable, self-motivated, and able to follow established procedures
