Requirements:
- Five years of previous plumbing and leadership experience
- Extensive knowledge of all phases of plumbing systems
- Knowledge of water damage plans
- Coordinates installation of plumbing systems with other trades
- Monitors testing and disinfection of plumbing systems & inspections
- Great Attitude and has the ability to motivate other employees
- Leads by Example
- Ability to work without supervision
- Outstanding Customer Service – Internal & External
- Ensures Compliance is being maintained
- Ability to represent Energy Air professionally in project meetings (in the absence of Project Manager)
- Great communication skills both verbal and written
- Capable of supervising crews of 12 or for projects with a plumbing scope over $1 M
Qualifications:
- High school diploma/Trade school diploma
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in plumbing trade
- Certifications in 30hr OSHA forklift/lull and aerial lift
- Competent person in CPR First Aid and H6010 MedGas
- Journeyman Certified
