What You'll Do
This highly external role combines business development, partnership management, and physical operations. You will own a portfolio of relationships from initial outreach through agreement, launch, and ongoing performance, building the foundational network for our services.
- Build and own the property network: Develop trusted relationships with general managers, owners, asset managers, residential and building operators, and leaders across various operational departments. Serve as the primary, responsive, and credible point of contact.
- Secure property access: Source, structure, negotiate, and finalize permissions and agreements for operating on private property, including designated pickup/drop-off areas and staff procedures. Coordinate with internal teams and public authorities for public access points.
- Design and secure pickup/drop-off (PUDO) locations: Conduct on-site assessments with property teams to identify optimal PUDO spots. Translate operational considerations like traffic flow, vehicle dimensions, and security into clear requirements for internal product, mapping, safety, and engineering teams.
- Develop strategic partnerships: Identify and cultivate relationships with the potential for official or preferred status, including preferential space, branding, and co-marketing.
- Own activation and partner health: Translate agreements into launch plans, operating procedures, staff communications, and escalation paths. Monitor performance, gather feedback, resolve issues, and identify opportunities to deepen relationships.
- Represent the company: Maintain a polished, warm, and discreet presence within the hospitality and tourism ecosystem, representing the organization at properties and industry events.
- Connect field to internal teams: Bring partner requirements, market intelligence, and competitive activity back to internal stakeholders to inform decision-making and ensure commitment fulfillment.
- Build a repeatable playbook: Maintain a disciplined pipeline and property map, track agreements, and create scalable tools and processes for future market expansion.

- An established professional network and strong reputation within the hotel, resort, real estate, tourism, or destination community, with particular depth in the hospitality sector.
- Proven experience building relationships with senior decision-makers while also effectively collaborating with on-property teams responsible for guest arrival and daily operations.
- A demonstrated record of negotiating and implementing commercial agreements, access permissions, operating agreements, or other multi-party partnerships.

- The ability to evaluate a physical operating environment and work with technical and operational teams to develop practical pickup/drop-off solutions.
- Executive presence, high emotional intelligence, and strong commercial judgment, enabling you to earn trust across diverse stakeholders from owners to frontline operators.
- The ability to coordinate Legal, Operations, Product, Safety, Policy, Communications, and Marketing teams without direct authority.
- Comfort working in person and in the field, including property walks, launches, and occasional high-priority events outside standard business hours.
