Regional Maintenance Supervisor

Pedcor Homes Corporation is seeking a Regional Maintenance Supervisor to oversee maintenance operations across multiple apartment communities. This role is ideal for a hands-on leader who enjoys mentoring teams, maintaining high property standards, and driving operational success.

Primary Responsibilities

• Lead and support maintenance teams with HVAC, plumbing, electrical, appliance, pool, carpentry, and general repair issues.
• Train, coach, and develop maintenance associates while ensuring compliance with company policies and safety standards.
• Assist with hiring, property coverage, performance management, and team development.
• Conduct property inspections, safety audits, and preventative maintenance reviews.
• Assist with budgeting, capital planning, vendor relationships, and capital projects.
• Audit service requests, make-readies, vacant turns, and maintenance spending.
• Conduct monthly portfolio meetings and maintain required documentation.
• Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations.

Requirements

• HVAC Certification
• CPO Certification
• Minimum 5 years of supervisory experience
• Minimum 5 years of apartment industry experience
• Valid driver's license required
• Travel required
• On-call participation required
• Weekend availability required
