We are looking for a Registered Nurse to complete in home assessments for our already existing clients and incoming VA clients.

We're a family-owned home care agency serving Alachua County and surrounding area families, and we're hiring compassionate, dependable CNAs and HHAs to join our team. You'll build real relationships with patients and their families while working permanent, consistent shifts - not just fill-ins.
We are looking for a Registered Nurse to complete in home assessments for our already existing clients and incoming VA clients.
What we offer
- Pay: $75.00 per hour
- Mileage reimbursement
- Weekly pay
- Supportive team and responsive scheduling staff
Your responsibilities
- Conduct in-home client assessments and reassessments
- Develop and review client care plans
- Evaluate clients' needs and help determine appropriate services
- Provide guidance and oversight to caregivers as needed
- Communicate with clients, families, caregivers, and office staff
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation
- Help ensure quality care and compliance with agency standards
- Serve as a knowledgeable and compassionate resource for our clients and their families
REQUIREMENTS
- Active RN license
- CPR certification
- Valid Florida driver's license
- Must be AHCA eligible through the Florida Clearinghouse - verify at flclearinghouse.com Must pass a nationwide FBI background screening
