Role Overview
As a Registered Nurse - Medical Group, you will provide patient-centered care in a specialty outpatient setting while collaborating with providers and the care team to deliver high-quality clinical outcomes.
Key responsibilities include:
- Providing direct patient care using the nursing process and established clinical protocols
- Supporting physicians and the care team in delivering outpatient vascular surgery services
- Independently managing patient care for an assigned group of patients
- Delegating appropriate care activities to other healthcare team members
- Promoting patient safety, quality, and adherence to clinical standards
- Maintaining accurate documentation within the electronic medical record (EMR)
- Performing other duties as assigned
Education
Required:
- Technical degree in Nursing OR Associate's degree in Nursing
Preferred:
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing
Required:
- One (1) year of nursing experience
Preferred:
- One (1) year of medical office experience
Required:
- Current State of Florida Registered Nurse (RN) License
