Sales & Marketing Manager Position Summary
The sales and marketing manager is responsible for the daily leadership and operation of Oak Hammock's sales and marketing functions. Reporting directly to the vice president of marketing, public relations and community affairs, the manager translates organizational strategy into actionable sales, marketing, communications and customer-engagement plans that support occupancy, revenue and brand objectives.
The manager supervises departmental staff, manages the prospect pipeline and customer relationship management system, oversees sales activities, coordinates advertising and marketing campaigns, manages digital and print content, directs prospect events and monitors progress toward established goals. The manager ensures that departmental initiatives are implemented efficiently, consistently and in accordance with Oak Hammock's brand standards, policies, budget and strategic priorities.
The manager works closely with the vice president to evaluate performance, identify emerging opportunities and recommend adjustments to sales and marketing strategies. The manager also collaborates across departments to provide a coordinated and positive experience for prospective residents, new residents, referral partners and other stakeholders

Sales & Marketing Manager Qualifications and Requirements
To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skills, and abilities required.
- Bachelor's degree; coursework in public relations, marketing, communications, management or related field preferred (OR 10+ years in similar role)
- Proven experience in sales, marketing, communications or senior living sales environment
- Knowledge of residential construction processes and applications beneficial
- Experience working in health care setting
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize, manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
- Professional public speaking abilities
- Photography, videography and content creation skills preferred
- Empathetic, energetic and professional with the ability to engage with a diverse senior population
- Team-oriented, flexible and capable of working in support roles and roles of authority; ability to work independently; instinctive and anticipatory
