We are seeking dependable and professional security personnel to support operations in Miami Beach. This position involves maintaining a visible presence in assigned areas, assisting with events and community activities, and responding appropriately to safety concerns as they arise.
What You'll Do
• Monitor assigned locations and help maintain a safe, orderly environment.
• Perform regular rounds on foot, bicycle, golf cart, or company-assigned vehicle.
• Assist with security coverage during public events and other activities.
• Interact professionally with visitors, employees, and members of the public.
• Communicate with local public safety personnel and law enforcement when necessary.
• Recognize potential issues and take appropriate action according to established procedures.
• Assist with emergency situations and provide basic first-aid support when required.
Minimum Qualifications
• High School Diploma or GED.
• Current and valid Florida D Security Officer License.
• Strong spoken and written English communication skills.
• Ability to remain active and work for extended periods both indoors and outdoors.
• Knowledge of basic security procedures, emergency response, and first aid.
• Ability to handle challenging situations calmly and use effective de-escalation techniques.
• Experience with security monitoring or surveillance equipment is preferred.

• Strong observation and situational awareness.
• Professional communication and interpersonal skills.
• Sound judgment when dealing with unexpected situations.
• Ability to follow established procedures and work effectively with others.

Additional Conditions
