Responsibilities:
- Monitor assigned areas for suspicious activity, criminal behavior, or violations of client policies.
- Report all incidents, accidents, and medical emergencies promptly and accurately.
- Respond to emergencies including medical situations, fire alarms, intrusion alarms, and bomb threats in accordance with established procedures.
- Maintain a visible security presence to deter crime and enforce client rules and regulations.
- Arrive on time and complete all assigned shifts, including overtime when required.
- Maintain a neat, professional appearance and wear the assigned uniform properly.
- Provide excellent customer service with a professional and approachable demeanor.
- Communicate effectively both verbally and in writing.
- Handle crisis situations calmly, efficiently, and professionally.
- Understand and successfully carry out all post orders, policies, and procedures.
- Valid Florida Class D Security License.
- Clean driving record and valid driver's license.
- Reliable transportation.
- Must be at least 21 years of age or older, in accordance with applicable laws or contractual requirements.
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Authorized to work in the United States.
- Minimum of 1 year of security experience preferred.
