Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced licensed behavioral health leader to provide executive-level leadership and oversight of clinical operations, quality assurance, compliance, and program development across residential and outpatient programs. This role ensures the delivery of safe, effective, evidence-based, and individualized behavioral health services while maintaining regulatory compliance and clinical excellence.

Responsibilities
• Provide executive oversight and leadership for all clinical operations across residential and outpatient programs.
• Supervise Clinical Directors, Program Managers, Counselors, Interns, and Quality Assurance staff.
• Lead hiring, training, performance evaluations, coaching, and professional development initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with Florida Statutes, 65D-30, 42 CFR Part 2, CARF standards, ASAM criteria, and applicable regulations.
• Oversee clinical documentation, EHR compliance, audits, and regulatory readiness.
• Develop, implement, and improve clinical policies, procedures, and treatment protocols.
• Manage quality assurance initiatives, performance improvement plans, and corrective action plans.
• Analyze clinical data, outcomes, and performance metrics to identify opportunities for improvement.
• Review and approve treatment plans to ensure individualized, measurable patient care.
• Serve as a clinical liaison with regulatory agencies, accrediting organizations, referral partners, and community stakeholders.
• Participate in audits, inspections, and accreditation reviews.
• Collaborate with executive leadership on strategic planning, operational goals, and program development.
• Ensure clinical programs meet staffing, budget, compliance, and quality expectations.
• Provide clinical support as needed, including assessments, counseling, and group facilitation.
Qualifications
• Master's Degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or related field.
• Active Florida LMHC or LCSW license required.
• Minimum 5 years of behavioral health or substance abuse treatment experience.
• Minimum 5 years of clinical leadership and staff supervision experience.
• Strong knowledge of clinical operations, quality assurance, and regulatory compliance.
• Experience with Florida behavioral health regulations, ASAM criteria, CARF standards, and 42 CFR Part 2.
• Ability to travel between program locations- One Facility in Ocala - Once a Week320 Beds One Facility in Tampa (bi-weekly)- 85 Beds• Ability to provide leadership support during operational needs, including occasional evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Preferred Experience
• Executive leadership experience within behavioral health, substance abuse treatment, or healthcare organizations.
• Experience managing residential and outpatient treatment programs.
• Strong background in accreditation, audits, compliance, and clinical performance improvement.
• Proven ability to lead teams, improve processes, and drive organizational success.
