The Senior Director of Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) is a key leader responsible for directing and optimizing all aspects of the revenue cycle for the organization. This role ensures accurate, compliant, and efficient billing, coding, reimbursement, and collections processes that support strong financial performance and operational excellence. The Senior Director will lead operations, teams, technology initiatives, and cross-department coordination to drive end-to-end revenue cycle results.

What You Will Be Doing
The Senior Director of Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) is a key leader responsible for directing and optimizing all aspects of the revenue cycle for the organization. This role ensures accurate, compliant, and efficient billing, coding, reimbursement, and collections processes that support strong financial performance and operational excellence. The Senior Director will lead operations, teams, technology initiatives, and cross-department coordination to drive end-to-end revenue cycle results.
- Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration, Business, Finance, or related field.
- 7-10+ years of progressive revenue cycle leadership experience, with at least 5 years in home health or post-acute care.
- Deep knowledge of Medicare home health regulations, PDGM reimbursement model, OASIS requirements, and payer billing rules.
- Proven track record of reducing AR, improving cash flow, and enhancing operational efficiency.
- Strong leadership skills with experience managing multi-disciplinary teams.
- Expertise with home health RCM systems (e.g. Brightree, HRP, etc.) and billing platforms.
