JOB SUMMARY:

The Senior Manager, ETMO Transformation Delivery is a transformation leader who ensures strategy translates into real, sustained change across Universal Creative. This role serves as a key point of coordination across enterprise transformation efforts, driving disciplined execution, enabling adoption, and ensuring long-term sustainment of strategic initiatives.

This role is not technology-delivery focused, but instead centers on enterprise transformation across business, operational, and organizational domains within Universal Creative. Partnering across functions, the Senior Manager leads complex initiatives from intake through execution and sustainment managing interdependencies, driving alignment, and ensuring initiatives deliver intended business, operational, and organizational outcomes.

Success in this role requires strong program and project management expertise, change leadership, and executive communication, along with the ability to influence and align senior stakeholders without direct authority. The Senior Manager brings structure to governance, prioritization, and benefits realization, while driving organizational readiness, adoption, and post-implementation sustainment. This role also helps build repeatable transformation capabilities, tools, and ways of working across the enterprise.

MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Initiative Execution & Delivery
    • Lead end-to-end execution of enterprise transformation initiatives, ensuring alignment to scope, schedule, budget, value commitments, and Universal Creative transformation priorities.
    • Establish and drive disciplined governance, intake, and prioritization processes, including clear decision rights and escalation frameworks to enable efficient, cross-functional execution.
    • Proactively manage risks, issues, and interdependencies, removing roadblocks and sequencing work to maintain momentum and delivery confidence.
    • Ensure successful transition to business-as-usual and long-term sustainment, embedding new processes, behaviors, and accountabilities so change is adopted and durable.
    • Drive organizational readiness and adoption, ensuring stakeholder impacts, communications, training, and engagement strategies are embedded in delivery (in partnership with Change Management).
  • Team Leadership & Cross-Functional Collaboration
    • Partner across business and enabling functions to drive alignment, accountability, and execution without direct authority.
    • Facilitate senior-level alignment and decision-making, synthesizing complex inputs, clarifying tradeoffs, and recommending actionable paths forward.
    • Coach Initiative and Milestone Owners to strengthen execution discipline, accountability, and continuous improvement.
    • Assess stakeholder impacts and organizational readiness, proactively identifying resistance points and driving strategies that enable adoption and long-term ownership.
    • Reinforce desired ways of working and organizational behaviors, helping connect transformation efforts to broader enterprise priorities (e.g., Org Health).
  • Project & Vendor Management
    • Develop SOWs, manage contracts, and oversee vendors/integrators.
    • Lead technical reviews, FAT/SAT, and commissioning activities.
    • Ensure deliverables meet Universal standards and specifications.
  • Performance & Value Delivery
    • Partner with Initiative Owners to define clear success metrics, KPIs, baseline performance, and financial/operational value targets.
    • Provide transparent, decision-ready reporting to senior leadership on progress, risks, dependencies, and value realization.
    • Own post-implementation validation of outcomes, ensuring initiatives deliver intended value and are sustained over time; identify gaps and drive corrective actions as needed.
  • Planning, Governance, & Resourcing
    • Drive integrated planning, road mapping, and sequencing of initiatives, ensuring alignment across workstreams and enterprise priorities.
    • Assess and address capacity constraints, capability gaps, and operating model improvements, aligning resources and ways of working to support successful delivery and sustainment.
  • Understand and actively participate in Environmental, Health & Safety responsibilities by following established UDX policy, procedures, training and team member involvement activities.
  • Performs other duties as assigned.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION:

Preferred: PMP, Lean Six Sigma, Agile (CSM), or other relevant certifications. Strong program and project management skills, with the ability to coordinate multiple priorities, interdependencies, and stakeholders in a fast-paced environment. Proven ability to build and maintain collaborative relationships with stakeholders at all levels, fostering trust, alignment, and accountability across functions. Excellent communication and presentation skills, including the ability to distill complex issues into clear, decision-ready materials for senior leadership. Strong problem-solving, analytical, and decision-making skills, with the ability to identify risks, assess tradeoffs, and recommend corrective actions. Strong financial and operational acumen to define success metrics, monitor benefits realization, and ensure initiatives deliver measurable value. Ability to support change adoption by assessing impacts, promoting readiness, and partnering effectively on communications, training, and sustainment activities.

EDUCATION:

Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Management, Technology, or related field required. MBA or advanced degree preferred. PMP, Lean Six Sigma, Agile (CSM), or other relevant certifications preferred.

EXPERIENCE:

7+ years of progressive experience in transformation, program management, change management, or large-scale initiative delivery; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Demonstrated track record of coordinating complex, cross-functional initiatives in large organizations, including governance, prioritization, dependency management, and executive reporting. Experience driving organizational readiness, stakeholder alignment, performance tracking, and post-implementation sustainment of strategic initiatives. Proficiency with delivery and improvement methodologies preferred (Agile, Lean, Six Sigma, PMI frameworks), as well as experience with benefits realization and operating model/process improvement.
