Senior Site Manager

Location: Hybrid - Tampa, FL (supports Orlando, Miami, Tallahassee, Jacksonville)

Job Type: Full-Time

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and service-driven Senior Site Manager to oversee operations across five client locations and lead a team of up to 25 employees within a dynamic hospitality and office services environment. This role is responsible for driving operational excellence, delivering elevated guest experiences, and fostering a culture centered on accountability, collaboration, and exceptional service.

The Senior Site Manager will oversee Office Services, Reception, and Hospitality operations while serving as the primary liaison between leadership, client stakeholders, and onsite teams. This position requires a proactive leader who thrives in fast-paced environments and is passionate about developing people, improving processes, and enhancing the client experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage onsite office services and hospitality teams to ensure exceptional service delivery
  • Foster a culture of accountability, professionalism, teamwork, and high performance
  • Serve as the primary point of contact between the client, onsite employees, and leadership
  • Deliver elevated concierge-style customer service to all end users and guests
  • Provide onsite leadership, mentorship, and career development support for team members
  • Identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency and service capabilities
  • Develop and implement strategic initiatives and business improvement plans
  • Recruit, interview, hire, train, and evaluate onsite personnel
  • Manage staff scheduling to ensure operational coverage while minimizing overtime
  • Maintain strong organizational and operational standards across all locations
  • Compile operational metrics and reporting data for monthly client management reviews
  • Ensure all products, services, timelines, and service expectations are clearly communicated and executed
  • Uphold high standards of integrity, professionalism, and client partnership

Qualifications
  • High School Diploma required; Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred
  • At least 1 year of prior supervisory or management experience required, including hiring, coaching, scheduling, and performance management
  • At least 3 years experience in a professional business environment
  • Proven success leading customer service, office services, or hospitality teams
  • Strong client relationship management and communication skills
  • Ability to operate independently while maintaining high service standards
  • Excellent problem-solving, organizational, and leadership abilities
  • Experience with operational management, customer satisfaction initiatives, and staff development preferred
  • Ability to lift or move 40 lbs. or greater
  • Ability to grasp, lift or carry packages on a standard wheeled cart with a load capacity of 75 lbs.
  • Ability to walk, bend, kneel, stand or sit for an extended period of time

Travel Requirements
  • Ability to travel frequently to client locations throughout Florida, at a minimum on a quarterly basis, with additional travel required based on staffing demands, special projects, and client needs.

Compensation

Compensation for this position is up to $90,000 annually. Final compensation will be based on experience, skills, qualifications, and geographic locations
