What You'll Do
- Lead, coach, and develop a team of photographers to achieve sales, service, and quality goals.
- Recruit, train, onboard, and mentor new photographers.
- Drive photography sales performance and customer satisfaction.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with hospital leadership and staff.
- Manage daily operations, scheduling, staffing, and performance expectations.
- Ensure compliance with company, hospital, and safety requirements.
- Photograph newborn babies and their families, creating lasting memories.
- Deliver a warm, professional, and compassionate experience for every family.
Who We're Looking For

- Photography Studio Manager
- Portrait Studio Manager
- Retail Store Manager or Assistant Manager
- Wedding or Portrait Photography Business Owner
- Hospitality Manager
- Sales Manager or Team Lead

Preferred Qualifications
- Leadership, supervisory, or management experience.
- Experience hiring, training, coaching, or developing employees.
- Strong sales, customer service, and relationship-building skills.
- Photography experience preferred, especially portrait, studio, family, newborn, or event photography.
- Experience managing business operations, scheduling, staffing, or performance metrics.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- Comfortable working independently in a hospital environment.
- Ability to safely handle newborns and photography equipment.
- Reliable transportation and availability to work weekends and holidays.
Requirements
- Minimum age of 18.
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Ability to perform moderate physical activity and lift up to 50 pounds.
- Ability to pass background checks and required health screenings.
- Ability to meet hospital compliance requirements.
