Position Overview:
We are seeking strategic People & Organization (Human Resources) Leader who will help shape a vision to shape and execute a forward-looking P&O agenda aligned with business strategy and P&O Strategy 2030. In this role, you will serve as a strategic business partner to leadership teams within the global Operational Software organization, with accountability for translating business priorities into impactful P&O strategies that drive performance, capability, and culture. You will operate at the intersection of strategy and execution—partnering closely with global leaders, orchestrating the broader P&O ecosystem to deliver scalable, high-impact solutions.
This is a high-impact, strategic role designed for a People & Organization (P&O) leader ready to accelerate results and grow a successful career within Siemens Digital Industries Software. You will operate as a trusted advisor to senior leadership and a key contributor to enterprise priorities, with exposure across a global, fast-evolving business.
Key Responsibilities:
- Strategic P&O Leadership & Agenda Setting
- Translate evolving business strategy into a focused, forward-looking P&O agenda aligned with enterprise priorities and future workforce needs.
- Act as a standing member of the leadership team, shaping strategic decisions with deep business and organizational insight.
- Business Partnering & Ecosystem Integration
- Serve as a trusted advisor to senior leaders, translating business priorities into impactful P&O strategies.
- Act as an integrator across the P&O ecosystem, ensuring alignment and execution of global frameworks and expert services.
- Organizational Development & Transformation
- Partner with leadership to drive organizational transformation, including restructuring, operating model evolution, and M&A integration efforts.
- Lead initiatives across organizational design, change management, and workforce planning.
- Talent Strategy & Leadership Development
- Drive succession planning and talent pipelines for critical roles.
- Identify and prioritize critical skills and learning strategies to support future readiness.
- Support innovative talent acquisition, development, and retention strategies for specialized software talent.
- Culture, Engagement & Performance
- Foster a high-performance, inclusive culture aligned with Siemens values and business growth objectives.
- Strengthen leadership capability, team effectiveness, and people engagement across a global, matrixed organization
- Data-Driven Decision Making
- Utilize advanced P&O analytics to provide evidence-based insights that inform strategy and organizational performance.
- Leverage data to diagnose trends, measure impact, and guide decision-making.
- Continuous Improvement & Global Collaboration
- Support digitalization, model the effective use of AI, and continuously contribute to improvement of P&O processes to increase efficiency and scalability.
- Operate effectively across global, regional, and cross-functional teams to deliver consistent, high-impact outcomes.
Required Qualifications:
- 15+ years of progressive HR / People & Organization experience, including strategic business partnering
- Proven ability to influence and advise senior leaders within complex, global, matrixed organizations
- Strong experience in organizational development, talent management, and leadership development
- Demonstrated ability to translate business strategy into practical, high-impact P&O solutions
- Significant global experience managing complex change initiatives across multiple countries; good appreciation and understanding of country differences
- Strong analytical and data-driven mindset, with experience using insights to guide decision-making
- Bachelor's degree
- Experience in technology, software, industrial, or Operational Software environments is required for this position.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Background supporting large-scale, global business units or functions
- Experience in M&A, organizational design, divestments and/or large-scale transformation initiatives strongly preferred
- Familiarity with Total Rewards, Talent Acquisition, and Learning strategies
- Advanced degree or HR certifications (e.g., SHRM, HRCI)
This position can be held remotely; US Eastern Time Zone working hours are expected.

The pay range for this position is $203,800 - $366,900 annually with a target incentive of 25-35% of the base salary. The actual wage offered may be lower or higher depending on budget and candidate experience, knowledge, skills, qualifications, and premium geographic location.
