What will you be doing:

The Senior Project Manager & Business Analyst leads complex, cross-functional initiatives from initiation through delivery while driving business requirements, process optimization, and strategic analysis. In this hybrid role, you oversee project planning, execution, and resource management while analyzing business processes to ensure alignment with organizational goals. Serving as a key liaison between stakeholders and project teams, you facilitate organizational alignment, ensure strong stakeholder engagement, and guide the successful implementation of business solutions that deliver measurable value

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree; Master's or MBA a plus
  • 10+ years in project/program/portfolio management, including 5+ years managing enterprise portfolios in a matrixed environment.
  • Demonstrated success leading portfolio governance, prioritization, and funding at the executive level.
  • Strong financial acumen (forecasting, capitalization, ROI/NPV, benefits realization) and experience partnering with Finance.
  • Proficiency with PPM platforms (e.g., Planview, Clarity, Smartsheet, Jira), and analytics/visualization (Power BI/Tableau).
  • Expert in stage-gate, change control, and risk management; able to turn insights into decisions and actions.
  • Exceptional communication skills-able to craft executive-ready narratives and facilitate complex, cross-functional decision-making.
