About the Role
Superintendent II leads field operations on industrialprojects in the Jacksonville area, planning, supervising, and executingconstruction to ensure a safe, orderly, and efficient jobsite. As a seniorfield leader, this role takes on larger, more complex projects, mentors fieldstaff, and helps Winter grow its presence in the Jacksonville market.

About the Role
Superintendent II leads field operations on industrialprojects in the Jacksonville area, planning, supervising, and executingconstruction to ensure a safe, orderly, and efficient jobsite. As a seniorfield leader, this role takes on larger, more complex projects, mentors fieldstaff, and helps Winter grow its presence in the Jacksonville market.
Responsibilities
- Plan, supervise, and execute all field operations on industrial projects, maintaining a safe, clean, and efficient jobsite
- Lead schedule development and near-term planning with subcontractors, proactively resolving risks to keep milestones on track
- Direct subcontractor coordination and quality control, including inspections, water management, and a continuous punch process
- Lead, train, and develop Assistant Superintendents, Field Representatives, and field staff
- Manage field budgets and subcontractor pay applications, and support preconstruction, buyout, and pursuits of new work
Qualifications
- 10+ years of superintendent experience with a commercial general contractor, including supervising field staff
- Experience leading ground-up industrial projects 50M+
- Strong knowledge of construction scheduling, quality control, and subcontractor coordination
- OSHA 30 certification [required / preferred]
- Based in the Jacksonville, FL area or willing to relocate
