Description

We are seeking an experienced Territory Manager to grow and maintain relationships with flooring retailers within an assigned territory. This role is responsible for developing new business, managing existing accounts, and driving sales growth while representing the company with professionalism and integrity.

This is a full-time position with 80% travel throughout the assigned territory. Candidates should be comfortable carrying product samples and visiting customer locations on a regular basis.

Requirements

• Develop and maintain relationships with current and prospective customers
• Identify new business opportunities and grow territory sales
• Conduct in-person customer visits and ongoing account follow-up
• Implement sales strategies to achieve territory goals
• Maintain accurate communication and reporting

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of sales and/or marketing experience in the flooring industry required
• Strong communication, relationship-building, and organizational skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and general computer applications
• Ability to analyze data and manage multiple priorities
• Must be detail-oriented and self-motivated
