Job Description:
- Master's or bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, management information systems, or other related field/equivalent work experience;
- A minimum of seven (7) years of IT work experience in infrastructure/systems environments performing systems planning, architecture design, engineering (hardware and software) and optimization
- Proven experience developing strategic system architecture plans
- Extensive experience in system and network creation and development;
- Fundamental understanding of information processing fundamentals and best practices
- Proven experience identifying, analyzing, and resolving system problems; and
- Familiarity and expertise in Azure cloud infrastructure architecture, administration, and security.
- Experience with Connect, uFACTS, or similar Unemployment Compensation (UC) system
- Knowledge of Operating systems (Microsoft or Linux);
- Relational database experience with oracle, or SQL Server;
- Understanding of N-Tier Architecture;
- Experience with large infrastructure systems;
- Understanding of Agile Development Methodology;
- Microsoft Visual Studio 2012 or later;
- Team Foundation Server (TFS) and Azure DevOps;
- SAP Crystal Reports;
- Windows Communication Foundation (WCF);
- Experience with Service-Oriented Architecture (web services);
- IBM FileNet and OnBase; and
- Knowledge of AI-driven tools and automation platforms.
