We are seeking a Talent Acquisition Partner to join our high-performing, collaborative recruitment team. In this role, you'll be a trusted advisor and strategic partner — helping Siemens attract, engage, and hire exceptional talent to support our business.
We are seeking a Talent Acquisition Partner and this position is based remotely in the United States.
You'll make an impact by:
- Partner with Business Unit leaders, Hiring Managers, and People & Organization (P&O) Business Partners to understand business objectives and define talent needs.
- Lead the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle — from requisition strategy and sourcing to selection, offer management, and pre-boarding.
- Facilitate Recruitment Strategy Calls with hiring teams to align on target profiles, goals, and hiring expectations.
- Design and execute innovative sourcing strategies using channels such as networking, LinkedIn, social media, employee referrals, professional associations, and industry events.
- Conduct comprehensive assessments to evaluate candidates for technical expertise, experience, and cultural alignment.
- Champion an exceptional candidate experience by maintaining transparent, timely communication and thoughtful engagement throughout the hiring process.
- Advise hiring teams on best practices to ensure efficient, inclusive, and high-quality hiring decisions.
- Ensure adherence to Siemens' global recruitment standards, systems, and compliance with applicable employment laws and regulations.
You'll win us over by having the following qualifications:
Basic Qualifications
- 7+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience in a corporate environment.
- Legally authorized to work in the U.S. on an ongoing basis without company sponsorship now or in the future.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience recruiting for industrial roles within Electrical Products or Electrification and Automation business groups.
- 5+ years of experience working with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment technologies; experience with Avature preferred.
- Applied AI-driven solutions to streamline recruitment workflows and improve candidate quality and hiring outcomes.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a proven ability to influence and build relationships at all levels.
- A track record of attracting and hiring high-caliber talent across diverse disciplines.
- Excellent organizational and prioritization skills, with the ability to manage multiple requisitions in a fast-paced environment.
- A proactive, solutions-focused mindset and a passion for creating outstanding hiring experiences.
This role is associated with a current contract assignment and may be filled through a contract conversion. All applicants will be evaluated based on business needs and required qualifications.

- The pay range for this position is $91,463-$156,794 and the annual target incentive is 10% of the base salary. The actual wage offered may be lower or higher depending on budget and candidate experience, knowledge, skills, qualifications, and premium geographic location.
