-Serve as the Individual Education Plan (IEP) case manager for assigned students.
-Collaborate with the IEP team to develop and implement comprehensive, individualized education plans.
-Monitor and document student progress toward IEP goals through systematic data collection and analysis.
-Partner with general education VPK teachers and support staff to ensure cohesive instructional planning.
-Participate in collaborative team meetings to align instruction and support strategies across the inclusion setting.
-Maintain open, effective communication with families, and collaborate with related service providers for regular updates on student progress and growth.
-Implement strategies that promote kindergarten readiness across developmental domains.

A valid Florida Teaching Certificate in Prekindergarten Education (Birth-Age 4) or Prekindergarten/Primary Education (Age 3-Grade 3).
Division of Early Learning Approved Florida Developmental Standards course (5 hours).
Division of Early Learning Approved Emergent Literacy coursework (15 hours).
Experience working with 3- and 4-year-old children with exceptionalities in inclusive settings.
Knowledge of play-based instructional approaches and inclusive early childhood best practices.
Strong organizational and data collection skills.
Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
