Delivering rigorous, engaging, and differentiated instruction aligned with state standards.
Using data-driven practices to inform instruction, monitor student progress, and drive decision-making.
Creating and maintaining a positive classroom culture focused on high expectations, restorative practices, and strong relationships.
Collaborating with school leadership and instructional teams to design and implement intervention strategies for students who need additional support.
Participating in ongoing professional development, instructional coaching, and peer collaboration to continuously improve instructional practice.
Demonstrating adaptability, resilience, and a growth mindset in a fast-paced and high-need environment.

Have a minimum of four + years of successful teaching experience.
Hold a valid teaching certificate in the appropriate content area.
Have earned an Effective or Highly Effective rating based on Value-Added Model (VAM) data.
Teachers placed in turnaround schools may qualify for a performance-based bonus in accordance with their most recent VAM score:
Highly Effective VAM: $15,000 bonus
Effective VAM: $7,500 bonus
Salary: From 47500.00
Salary: To 67840.36
