Are you a retired or veteran Air Force professional with a passion for mentoring the next generation? Lawton Chiles High School is seeking a dedicated and dynamic AFJROTC Instructor to support our inaugural unit! In this role, you won't just teach military history; you'll build character, instill core values, and prepare high school cadets for leadership and civic responsibility.

Key Responsibilities
-Instruction: Teach AFJROTC curriculum, including Aerospace Science and Leadership Education.
-Mentorship: Provide guidance on citizenship, discipline, physical fitness, and personal responsibility.
-Extracurriculars: Supervise and coordinate Leadership Development Requirements (LDRs), including drill teams, color guards, and community service projects.
-Administration: Manage unit logistics, supply, and program reporting in accordance with HQ AFJROTC guidelines.
