Job Description

Responsible for defining the vision, strategy, and lifecycle management of a product or product family from concept through end-of-life. Operates at the intersection of customer needs, business objectives, and engineering execution to deliver software solutions that drive measurable market impact, customer satisfaction, and revenue growth.

Partners cross-functionally with engineering, product marketing, sales, and executive leadership to translate strategic objectives into actionable product plans. Leads the development and execution of go-to-market strategies, ensuring successful product launches and sustained marketplace adoption.

Develops a deep understanding of customer workflows, pain points, and emerging industry trends to identify product gaps, generate innovative solutions, and expand market share. Establishes strong alignment on product vision across internal stakeholders and key external partners, driving engagement and advocacy.

Owns the prioritization and delivery of product capabilities by translating strategy into detailed requirements, user stories, and prototypes. Works closely with engineering teams in Agile environments to orchestrate development activities, optimize time-to-market, and ensure high-quality delivery aligned with business and customer impact.

Continuously manages the product lifecycle by monitoring performance against revenue, adoption, and customer satisfaction goals. Makes critical decisions regarding product direction, investment prioritization, pricing, packaging, and portfolio expansion.

Represents the product line both internally and externally—engaging directly with customers to gather feedback, validate direction, and drive innovation. Serves as a product evangelist, promoting awareness and understanding across the organization and the broader industry ecosystem, including customers, partners, and analysts.

Leads complex initiatives across multiple products or product lines, including vendor negotiations, customer engagements, and third-party partnerships. Authorized to negotiate and execute contracts related to product offerings.

You'll help our customers drive digital innovation by

  • Gain a deep understanding of customer experience, identify and fill product gaps and generate new ideas that grow market share, improve customer experience and drive growth
  • Create buy-in for the product vision both internally and with key external partners
  • Translate product strategy into detailed requirements and prototypes
  • Scope and prioritize activities based on business and customer impact
  • Work closely with engineering teams to deliver with quick time-to-market
  • Drive product launches including working with product marketing team, executives, and other product management team members
  • Act as a product evangelist to build awareness and understanding
  • Represent the company by visiting customers to solicit feedback on company products and services
  • Orchestrate product development during Agile design sprints
What skills will help you to fit into this role?


  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer/Software Engineering, Electronics, or a related discipline
  • 5 minimum, 10 years or more preferred working within software development teams as a software product manager
  • Understanding of Electronics Design (Mentor/Siemens, Cadence, Altium, Zuken)
  • An ability to think in business terms and to drive business initiatives
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions are required
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to communicate well with different types and size of audiences is required
  • Quick learner, who adapts well to changes in a fast-paced environment and has a strong interest in learning and applying new technology to solve problems through teamwork and innovative solutions.
  • Must be familiar with Enterprise Agile and Scrum development practices
  • Fluent communication skills in English and with Polish being a plus

This position will be subject to U.S. export control requirements under the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR) and/or Export Administration Regulations (EAR). Employment is contingent on either verifying the U.S. Person status or obtaining any necessary export license.

The pay range for this position is $154,200 - $277,600 annually with a target incentive of 10 - 15% of the base salary. The actual wage offered may be lower or higher depending on budget and candidate experience, knowledge, skills, qualifications, and premium geographic location.
